This is a conversation between two Film lecturers on Transnational Cinema. The choice of the podcast is not an arbitrary medium of delivery as this was used as a form of teaching in our department during the Covid lockdown. Its importance lay in trying to humanise teaching in environment that exposed the digital divide in terms of students’ access to data and devices. It perhaps not the utopian and more glamorized view of the digital world but it is certainly an important one likely to resonate in these times more authentically with the limitations that are imposed by our current situation.
